The Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC) 31st Annual Conference will be in Downtown Washington DC at the heart of the action designed to facilitate getting your advocacy positions in front of legislators and their staffs. The health care landscape has changed and there are many more receptive ears on the hill that want to make changes to the Affordable Health Care Act. This ECFC conference is designed to allow your voice to be heard with face-to-face meetings with Senators, Congressmen and their key staff members.
Now is the time for our industry to gain traction for much needed action on the Affordable Health Care Act. Why? Because the ECFC has seen this before and continues to be the voice in Washington DC on Tax-Advantaged Employer Flexible Benefits for over 30 years. As THE recognized proponent of flexible compensation for employers and employees, it is ECFC’s task to be your spokesperson for flexible compensation and tax-favored employee benefits. We know that this process is not completed in a day or at a single conference! The 31st Annual Conference is positioned to be our stepping stone to make really meaningful changes to the Affordable Health Care Act.
