Is Health Care Reform Constitutional? Now that oral arguments have been heard, will the Supreme Court find PPACA (aka “Obamacare”) to be constitutional? Join Alston & Bird attorneys Ashley Gillihan and David Godofsky as they, in debate format (and in only one hour), explain the reasons that numerous States contend that PPACA is unconstitutional, and the reasons that the Administration contends PPACA is constitutional. Ashley will represent the States, and David will represent the Administration. We will end with predictions on how the Supreme Court will rule, and questions from the audience.
