Annual Teleconference Series: The monthly series of ECFC teleconferences provide a unique and valuable opportunity to receive in-depth briefings on important and timely topics by experts from ECFC’s Technical Advisory Committee and key decision-makers in government.

February Session | Legislative and regulatory outlook for 2014: What’s on the agenda for Flex, FSAs,
defined contribution and exchanges, and account based plans:

Learn more about the upcoming year and what’s on the agenda for Flex, FSAs, defined contribution and exchanges, account-based plans, and MyRAs and how they affect 401(k) plans. We are pleased to announce that attorney Kevin Knopf from the IRS will be joining our call to provide further insight regarding the IRS FSA carryover guidance (Notice 2013-71). Issues addressed may include current agency thinking on carryover and COBRA as well as integrating carryover and HSA eligibility.

Cancellation and Other Policies:
For individual teleconferences - cancellations will include a $50 administrative fee for a refund. To avoid the $50 administrative fee, participants may elect to transfer the cancelled teleconference date to one of the remaining teleconferences (for December, transferring to the following January is permitted).

Continuing Education Information:
This teleconference series is worth a total of 10CE units. Each session is worth 1 CE units towards FCS, CFC/ACFC, and/or CFCI/ACFCI eligibility or re-certification. Registered participants will earn CE units as the year progresses.

For COBRA CE units, please contact ECFC as session topics determine continuing education units.

For verification purposes, ONLY registered participants will receive continuing education units for the 2014 ECFC Teleconference Series.
