Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA’s), The Perfect Trifecta
This session will explain the general requirements for flexible spending accounts under cafeteria plans and how they benefit 1) the employer, 2) the employees and 3) the broker. Attendees will learn the differences between General Health FSA, Limited Health FSA, Post HSA Deductible Health FSA, Dependent Care FSA and Premium Reimbursement Accounts. We will discuss claims substantiation rules. A case study will show how FSA plan design can be utilized for market expansion, and to enhance employer and employee benefits value.
