The Employer Penalty (the “Play or Pay Penalty”) De-Mystified
Please join Cheryl Hughes from Groom Law Group and Mark Stember from Kilpatrick Townsend for a discussion and explanation of the employer penalty requirements. The teleconference will explore the application of the employer penalty and the meaning of full-time employee for these purposes. The speakers will also explore what the requirements could mean for HRAs and health FSAs, and the potential implications of private exchanges. Post-election ramifications will also be discussed.
