Registration Includes:
Your registration includes all general sessions and updates, entrance to the exhibits, and networking events listed on the conference agenda with the exception of the Foundation for Future Leadership Partnership event on Wednesday, August 15, 2012, which is offered at an additional fee.

The FCS, CFC, and CAS exams will be offered only online. Each of the exams will be available to conference attendees at 50% off the regular rate as long as the attendee registers, pays, and completes the exam by September 17, 2012.

To Register Additional Attendees from your company/organization:
• One the registration page, select “Register Now”
• On the next page, under “Enter A Registration for Another Attendee” select “Find Person.”
• Here you should enter the person’s last name. There is no need to fill out the entire form. The system will search your organization’s record for anyone with that name. Once the list of individuals appears, select the appropriate name. [If the person you were attempting to register does not appear in the list, it may be that they are not in our system yet. Select “Add New Individual” and enter the profile information for the new employee listing.]
• Once the individual’s name appears in the box, click “Save/Continue.”
• The system will walk you through the registration:
-- Choose the appropriate address
-- Choose the correct registration fee
-- Make sure the badge is correct. You can always go back and edit this.
-- Enter Guest information and answer the additional questions if applicable.
-- Enter the appropriate number of attendees for the FFL event. Note this option is available on each registration, so if you have 7 people attending from your organization and no guests simply place 1 in each person’s registration. If an attendee is bringing a companion(s) adjust the number accordingly.
-- Please check the boxes as appropriate if the individual is attending the Influence Makers’ Meeting and if the individual’s guest is attending the Thursday Evening Networking Reception.
-- Review the summary. When you are certain the information is accurate, hit submit registration.
-- You then must enter payment for the individual.
Repeat this process as necessary.

Cancellation and Other Policies:
The Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC) reserves the right to accept, reject, or condition acceptance of any registrant, in ECFC's sole discretion, at anytime.

Right to use name & likeness: In consideration for my participation in ECFC's meeting, I hereby grant ECFC the perpetual, world-wide, royalty-free right and permission torecord, photograph, use anddistribute (royalty-free, both now and in the future) my image, name, and voice in all forms and all media including, without limitation,photographs, electronic reproductions and transmissions of images and auiod files, webcasting, and any and all other uses on the internet for any and all ECFC's lawful purposes.

Waiver & release: By registering for this meeting, I acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation in the meeting and any associated events/activities(e.g. Opening Reception) inluding without limitation any slips and falls. I hereby knowingly waive and release ECFC, its employees, directors, officers, volunteers,agents, successors, licensees, assigns, vendors, and sponsros from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action, including without limitation, death, bodily injury,property damage, or any other loss, damage, or any inconvenience whatsovever arising from participation in this meeting and any associated events/activities whetheror not such damage, injury, or loss may occur on the premises of the meeting , at offsite venues, in participating hotels or on event ground transportation. Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing to ECFC via mail, email, or fax by 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, July 16, 2012. A refund less an administrative fee of $250 per registration will be issued if received by this deadline. Due to financial obligations incurred by ECFC, no refunds will be issued on cancellations received after July 16, 2012. Payments for cancelled registrations cannot be carried over to future ECFC conferences. However, substitutions from the same company will be permitted for this conference at any time prior to the meeting start date without penalty. ALL refunds will be processed after the conference.

Continuing Education Information:
Four tracks are offered at this year's Symposium. Three are designed specifically for the following designations: COBRA Administration Specialist (CAS); Flexible Compensation Specialist (FCS) and Certified in Flexible Compensation (CFC), which is a combined track; and the new Advanced Certified in Flexible Compensation (ACFC). The fourth track is an industry showcase that is sure to provide an exciting and insightful look at new developments, technologies, and studies affecting the flexible compensation industry.
