Registration Includes:
Your registration includes all general sessions and updates, entrance to the exhibits, and networking events listed on the conference agenda.

For single day attendees, your registration includes all general sessions and updates, entrance to the exhibits, and networking events listed on the conference agenda for the day that you are attending.

The FCS, CFC, and CAS exams will be offered only online. Each of the exams will be available to conference attendees at 25 percent off the regular rate. To receive the discounted rate, you must register, pay, and complete the exam by September 27, 2013.

Cancellation and Other Policies:
The Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC) reserves the right to accept, reject, or condition acceptance of any registrant, in ECFC's sole discretion, at anytime.

Right to use name & likeness: In consideration for my participation in ECFC's meeting, I hereby grant ECFC the perpetual, world-wide, royalty-free right and permission to record, photograph, use and distribute (royalty-free, both now and in the future) my image, name, and voice in all forms and all media including, without limitation,photographs, electronic reproductions and transmissions of images and audio files, webcasting, and any and all other uses on the internet for any and all ECFC's lawful purposes.

Waiver & release: By registering for this meeting, I acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation in the meeting and any associated events/activities(e.g. Opening Reception) including without limitation any slips and falls. I hereby knowingly waive and release ECFC, its employees, directors, officers, volunteers,agents, successors, licensees, assigns, vendors, and sponsors from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action, including without limitation, death, bodily injury,property damage, or any other loss, damage, or any inconvenience whatsoever arising from participation in this meeting and any associated events/activities whether or not such damage, injury, or loss may occur on the premises of the meeting , at offsite venues, in participating hotels or on event ground transportation. I also hereby knowingly waive and release ECFC, its employees, directors, officers, volunteers, agents, successors, licensees, assigns, vendors and sponsors from any and all claims that I may have or may arise regarding the use of my name and image, including any and all claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity or copyright.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing to ECFC via email or fax by 5:00 p.m. ET on Monday, June 28, 2013. A refund less an administrative fee of $250 per registration will be issued if received by this deadline. Due to financial obligations incurred by ECFC, no refunds will be issued on cancellations received after June 28, 2013. Payments for cancelled registrations cannot be carried over to future ECFC conferences. However, substitutions from the same company will be permitted for this conference at any time prior to the meeting start date without penalty. ALL refunds will be processed after the conference. If an individual from your company cancels their registration, the company may no longer qualify for the discounted group pricing unless the company still has the allotted number of individuals in the registration fee category.

Continuing Education Information:
Attendance of the ECFC Administratorsí Symposium provides registrants with 15 ECFC continuing education units. Attendees of the Administratorsí Symposium will also receive a 25 percent discount off the FCS, CFC, ACFC, and CAS exam fees if they register and take the exam by December 31, 2013.
