HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Thank you for your interest in the publications available through ECFC's store. Placing an order is very simple:

  1. Find the product you need (utilize the "search" functionality available through the "Featured Products," "Top Sellers" and "specials" tabs, or browse through the items listed on those tabs for ideas for resources of use to your company).

  2. If necessary, click on the name of the product.

  3. Click on the "Login Now" button at the top of the page to enter your login details.
    NOTE: All purchasers must log in before they will be able to purchase products through our site. If you don't have login information, please visit http://www.ecfcweb.org/forms/applications/NewUserPublic/ to get login information.

  4. Check off the checkbox next to the item and click the "Add to Cart" button at the top or bottom of the page.

  5. Review the items in your cart.

  6. If necessary, click the "Keep Shopping" button to add more items. Otherwise, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button to finalize your order.

  7. Please note that all product purchases are final and no refunds will be considered due to the nature of the products. If you have questions about the product in which you're interested, please address those before placing your order.
