    This week, the Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC) is launching the “My Money, My Health” campaign, which will aim to reach Members of Congress and ask them to protect American employees’ flexible benefits accounts from the looming Cadillac tax.Access the Campaign Toolkit here.

  • Special Appeal for Legislative Action Fund 11/06/2015

    The ECFC board of directors has unanimously approved an initial expenditure of $370,000 over the next 6 months to support a media campaign, grass roots advocacy, and targeted a lobbying effort to have consumer directed health plans excluded from the ACA 40% Excise Tax provision.
