ECFC Letter in Support of BCRA Provisions that Expand, Support Consumer-directed Health Accounts


On Friday, the Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC) sent a letter to Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell, that acknowledged the various provisions within the Better Care Reconciliation Act of 2017 that recognizes the importance of consumer-directed health accounts.
