ECFC Signs on to Joint Employer Letter on Health Tax Exclusion in ACA

Today, ECFC signed on to a letter urging repeal of the ACA Cadillac Tax and no change to either the individual health tax exclusion or employer deductibility of health benefits.

This letter was signed by the US Chamber, NRF, NAW, ERIC, American Benefits Council and ECFC as well as many others.
