ECFC’s Comments to HHS on ACA Regulatory Simplification


Today, the Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC) sent a letter to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Department of Health and Human Services that offered recommendations related to the agency’s request for comments on how to reduce regulatory burdens and improve health insurance options under Title I of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (the ACA).  Download the letter here.
