Graham-Cassidy Update

In the continued Senate roller-coaster discussion of health care reform, revised text was released yesterday that:

1)    Keeps all CDH provisions
2)    Strips out primary care arrangements (they had proposed that these would not disqualify HSA eligibility)
3)    Retains the bill’s “no delay” on the Cadillac tax
4)    Retains the bill’s “no repeal” of the FSA limit
5)    Adds funds for Medicaid Block Grants in KY, AZ and AK

We continue to watch the progression of the discussion closely.

The new Bill text is here
and a section by section summary with redlined changes is found here .
