Senate Passes Its Version of Tax Reform

12/02/2017

Early Saturday morning the Senate passed its version of tax reform.  There were few modifications to the initial Senate version of the bill that would impact ECFC membership.  Next, the bill goes to a House/Senate conference to work out the differences between each body’s tax reform bill.  It is anticipated that the conference will begin soon with the goal of getting the bill to President Trump before Christmas.

A spreadsheet on the areas of concern to ECFC membership can be found here: http://www.ecfc.org/files/ecfc-news/Tax_reform_spreadsheet_12-2-17.pdf
