The Senate Finance Committee Releases Legislative Text on the Tax Reform Bill

The Senate Finance Committee released the legislative language for the Senate’s version of tax reform, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, as reported out of Committee last Friday, and the estimate of the revenue impact of the bill, prepared by the staff of the Joint Committee on Taxation. Senate Majority Leader McConnell has stated that the full Senate will take up this legislation when they return from Thanksgiving recess.
