registered a username and password with ECFC, we have it in our database along
with your email address.

If you have a valid
email address and a valid username and password, it will be emailed to your email
address and should appear as soon as the email system may release it to you.
If by some chance
your inquiry here indicates you do not have a username and password on file, it
could be because you have not submitted a valid email address.
